Berger exterior primer is a water-based primer which improves the appearance of the top coat. It is fully waterproof and it covers approx 150- 180 sq.ft/ltr.It also helps to fill the remaining pores on the walls to make the surface flat which helps to smoothen the top coat and increases it's shine.
